Escondido sounds an interesting place. The Stone Brewing Company make a beer called “Arrogant Bastard Ale” You must try it and think of your old uncle!

You MUST stop by eugene while you are in Oregon. Its just down I-5 from portland and you will meet some amazing people!! Its also a fantastic place to couchsurf (its where i started my couchsurfing adventure!!)….The Campbell Club is fantastic and welcoming, I’d highly recommend surfing there for a day or 2. I’d also recommend Santa Cruz just south of SF, its (IMO) one of the greatest places in the world
